Q: What do you charge?
A: You can always contact us for a specific quote but we know it is nice to be prepared for what something costs. We typically charge time plus materials with a $200 minimum labor charge per project, and $65 per hour beyond that per worker. We want to be affordable and support our family and yours.
Maintenance items have specific starting prices.
Gutter Cleaning - Starts at $200 (this would cover for example a 2 story, 2000 sq ft home, depending on roof line)
Pressure Washing- Starts at $200 (this would cover for example small decks, small driveways, walls or roof up to 400 sq ft)
Window Screen repair- start at $40 per window to re-screen and $70 for new or rebuilt. Oversized windows may have an extra supply fee. Screen doors are based off of size and typically start at $75 to re-screen.
Q: How much does a custom cabinet cost?
A: There really is nothing better than getting exactly what you need in topnotch materials, but they take time and money. We charge time + materials, and require materials to be paid up front, plus a $200 deposit per cabinet ordered. For a typical birch laminate ply standard size upper you can expect to pay $500-$700. We finish each product to your specification and all come with satisfaction guarantee.
Q: Can you help with the cabinet design?
A: Yes, we walk you through the whole process. There really is no limit to what we can help you do. We will discuss your vision and present you with all the options. You will have final approval before submitting any deposit or material fees.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, cabinets include installation. We can deliver most anywhere in Washington or Oregon. Any destination over 50 miles from Seaside, OR will have a modest travel fee.
Q: What handyman services do you offer?
A: There is no job to small. If you need some help, we are happy to do your bidding. Here are some examples of what we find ourselves doing in a given week:
Landscaping- mowing, weeding, pressure washing driveways and siding, hauling off storm debris
Maintenance- gutter cleaning, screen window repair, pressure washing siding
Repair- Decks (board replacements or rebuilds), handrail replacement, window installation
Carpentry- custom builds for tiny houses, furniture assembly, custom pergola construction, new decks, crawl space encapsulation, kitchen remodel, cabinet installation.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: Rockaway beach to Astoria, Oregon is where we perform most of our handyman and construction work. Custom cabinets can be delivered most anywhere in Washington and Oregon. Over 50 miles from Seaside, OR will have modest travel fee.
